All the information required for route planning is clearly presented, telephone enquiries are handled courteously and knowledgeably, the fare structure is clearly presented, and everything runs very much according to timetable - definitely a Pullman experience.

Didn't realise how bad the perspex had degraded but the boat looks new and visibility and light greatly improved.
Based in the lake district so all seals have been seriously tested and no leaks!
All set for the next 20 years of service.

The big problem with removing this hatch is that the four hinge bolts are embedded in the GRP deck and once removed cannot be simply put back, so I removed the nuts by drilling down backfilled the holes with epoxy putty and when set replaced the base on a butyl tape seal using the existing screw holes and then re-drilled the four hinge bolts right through and fitted washers and dome nuts. The hatch looks like new.
